World No.2 Bartosz Zmarzlik zoomed to 10 points for Poland as they defeated a Rest of the World side 51-38 in Rzeszow on Monday.
Despite scoring just a point in his opening two outings, Zmarzlik roared into form as he ended his afternoon with three victories - the perfect way to limber up for the Monster Energy FIM Speedway of Nations opener in Landshut on May 4.
GP Challenge winner Janusz Kolodziej also warmed up for SGP 2019 in style, dropping just two points to opposing riders on his way to nine paid 13.
Poland's Monster Energy SON skipper Maciej Janowski notched nine, Piotr Pawlicki scored eight paid 10 and Patryk Dudek added eight, with Wiktor Lampart completing a solid performance on seven points.
Danish icon Nicki Pedersen was the Rest of the World’s main man on 11 paid 12 points, with only a starting offence in his last ride denying him a shot at a five-ride maximum.
His Zielona Gora team mate Martin Vaculik impressed on nine paid 10, while Niels-Kristian Iversen collected six paid seven, Gleb Chugunov scored five paid six, Antonio Lindback added five and Emil Sayfutdinov recorded two.
